As
the time is passing rapidly the government is also shaping its policies to cope
up with the necessities of the people which are increasing rapidly. Everyday a new policy has been launched for
the betterment of the people but it doesn’t show any changes or improvement in
the lives of people. Mostly it has been seen that these policies requires
amendment after few months of its launch date. None of the government has shown
their initiation to look forward about the requirements of the people &
their actual needs. It is conceived that the Neta’s or must be said as the
politicians are very much aware of the condition of the people, but the thing
which they are fail to notice is the requirement of shelter for which the people
or I must give a stress on the particular section of the society i.e. the lower
class and the middle class people are suffering a lot in getting a proper
shelter for better living.

migrate towards the metro cities in masses. Due to this migration, the demand

An analyzed data tells that the demand is increasing at a speed as the fire spreads
in the forest. Day by day the demand is mounting, but there is not much scope to
fulfill the needs.
Every
metro cities like Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai etc have shown an
increased population yearly and this raises a stiff demand for rental space in
these cities. The immigrants to these cities face lots of snag while searching
for a rental property. One of the main causes of not getting a proper shelter
is the high pricing of it which diverge the mind of people instantly. Nothing
has been done by the government to meet this requirement, even they didn’t have
taken any steps to lower the rental cost of it. The government has to take some
initial steps to run a campaign for increasing the supply of rental rooms,
flats or PGs in metro cities and must initiate the people to provide their vacant
property on rent in order to circulate the money.
Nowadays,
the emergence of rental classified sites has helped the folks to find a rental
property in their desired location easily and to get the one for which they are
searching instantly. The user friendly nature and the precise result giving
capability of the rental classified sites has opened up a new pathway for the
people to search for their desired flat, room or rental PG in their budget
easily. Not as much to say about it as they are functioning well in the whole
country and they are being called as the next option or the better option other
than the governmental policies which are being raised for the assistance of the
people migrating to metro cities.

planning to launch certain new things which are mind boggling. Well, the government
has to understand, “what are the difficulties of the people regarding the
rental real estate properties and they are expecting from them in the meanwhile.
Well, the course of action is still not prepared by the government but the rental
classified sites are well ahead by them and they are thinking something unique
which will enhance the search capability of the people and will build a huge
trust among them by removing the clutter related to the availability of rental
properties and others things which they are probably searching. At the last, it
